Many India-branded 1win pages exist, and most are run by third parties.
iGregulator reports that the licence certificate lists the domain 1win.pro under 1Win N.V.
The licence certificate names 1win.pro. Other India-facing addresses do not appear in that record, so a match cannot be confirmed.
